Lighting, Lighting, Everywhere!

Everywhere I went this week I ran into fabulous lighting!

Look at this industrial hanging light I found at a yard sale. It's brand new and it was only $12.00. It had a red grille so I just sprayed it with galvanized spray paint. What a Find!

I was so happy with my finds that I really got a fire under me and managed to get them all rewired, hung and lit this week. They are all hanging in my barn and for sale.

At the Greenport Harbor Brewing Company Gallery

The Artist Davis Murphy that we previewd at the Barn Opening is going to have a one man show at the Greenport Harbor Brewing Company called "Mamo Jo & Splinter Fish". The Opening Reception will be Saturday October 9th from 6pm to 9pm

The Show runs from 10/9 through 11/21

This show will be filled with metal and wooden fish sculpture along with wonderful mermaids. His prices are still very affordable and you will be able to purchase & carry.

Small Holdings Farm Annual Barn Sale - A Big Success!

We had a very successful Summer Barn Opening and sale....lots of fun. We got to chat with many friends and customers over our special blend of Ice Tea and Cookies. We had 2 beautiful days....everyone hung out and strolled the gardens, visited with friends and just enjoyed the day.

Our Raffle winner was thrilled. It was a man who had never won anything and we had to convince him to fill out the raffle ticked during the sale. The winning number was 442020. Later his wife said he was so thrilled that he talked about it for a week. The best part was she had things she wanted to purchace and she used the gift certificate toward a bed, side tables she had her eye on.

Our Annual Barn Sale

Small Holdings Farm is having their Annual Barn Opening & Sale this weekend....Friday - August 20th from 11am to 5pm and Saturday - August 21 from 9am to 3pm. We have lots of fun because hundreds of people come out to enjoy the day with us. Sooooo....there is a lot of chatter (gossip) and the like. Cookies and drinks are served. One can wander the property to enjoy the lovely gardens and garden decor. The barn is filled to the brim with affordable and fun stuff. Hope to see you there.
