This is one of my all time favorite furniture finds
It stands in my kitchen and is just as I found it.
I love the multiple layers of original chippy paint.
All I did was clear-coat it to preserve it.
Some people would not like it so distressed but that's why
I love it

ReplyDeleteTHIS is the finish that so many folks are trying to duplicate with distressed furniture ... and it is PERFECT!!! Layers of color, chips and wear. All of the history of this piece are right out in the open for all to see and appreciate. I love it!
